Disappointed. Unsatisfied. Irritated. This is how John “JC” Cuello, Wired AV Inc’s founder, felt in the years leading up to 2016 while working for others in the audio, video and lighting industry. While the tech part of the industry had been his true passion, it was blatantly obvious to him that in general, the industry was hyper focused on quantity over quality. Customers were regularly viewed as a project number rather than a person. It was ultimately JC’s calling to challenge the status quo of the industry. And with that, Wired AV Inc was born in 2016. Since 2016, Wired AV Inc has prioritized standing apart in the industry by offering a personalized client experience that provides white glove treatment from conception to completion, and beyond. JC knew that Wired AV Inc wouldn’t last if staff members felt like he had felt at previous jobs in the industry, which is why promoting a family-oriented company culture and ensuring all staff members are treated like family, was vital. Present day, Wired AV Inc continues to expand, all the while retaining these core values it was founded on.
